I’ve been helping individuals identify opportunities, assess motivated skills and high priority values, build their personal brand, connect with hiring personnel, communicate worth, construct flawless application documents, attract recruiters, and interview eloquently to secure and negotiate valuable job offers since 2004.
Beyond Career Coaching, I’ve served on the hiring teams of several organizations and personally sourced high-level executives, managers, and front-line employees. I know what Human Resources, Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS), Professional Recruiters, and Hiring Managers alike are looking for when seeking out new talent.
I’ve led Talent Management initiatives and campaigns. I can share tips from the other side of the table to help you gain an advantage in your job search. I’ve also served as a high-level Human Resources professional and can help you understand even the most complex job offers and contracts.
This combination of experience has provided me with all the skills needed to provide a balanced approach to Career Management Coaching, and I’m looking forward to leveraging these to assist you.

After 8 years of service as a Full-Time Career Coach and team leader with the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU, I asked to transition to a part-time role to gain greater flexibility to be available for my daughter, Ellie (8), and all of the school volunteering, field trips, and other fun things that are often difficult to participate in with a traditional full-time job.
In addition to providing the ability to engage in these opportunities, I’m also able to expand my coaching practice! As a result, I have more availability than ever to assist you!!
